If you have a handle on planning your own wedding, and you feel like you and a combination of Pinterest and Google have it on lock, this might be the best option for you! Our specialized coordination package allows you to ask some questions along the way, just in case you need it! When you’ll really start needing us isn’t until the end of the planning process, and that’s when we’ll get together to create your timeline, floor plan, and full itinerary for all your vendors and wedding party. We’ll completely take over on the details about a week before, so that you can relax and enjoy all of your hard work, and you know, get married! Because it’s kind of a big moment, that we feel you should be 100% focused on what really matters, and let us worry about the little things, while you party and host the night away! click here to schedule a meeting. Overwhelmed with planning a large scale event for so many people? I get it, you’ve probably never done this before. On the up side, We’ve done it more than just a few times, and can help walk you through the process. We don’t take over, instead we hold your hand through the planning process, so you still get to feel like you’ve planned your own wedding, but we’re there to take away the crazy amounts of stress that can accompany doing it all on your own! This is the best option for engaged couples who both work full time jobs, couples who live outside of San Diego County, and couples who are just frazzled by the endless google searches for wedding vendors online.

Things that could increase your price:
Add $200 if venue is considered a site from scratch; if venue does not provide event staff; if you’re working with a half service caterer (ie. taco cart or food truck); if Ceremony and Reception are in separate locations…
Add $200 for Large or Complicated Set Up (which means: if guest list is presumed over 200 persons; if there are rented/DIY place settings that need to be set up by us- instead of by the caterer or venue; if there are any large or over the top installations that are a part of your design…
If your venue or caterer does not provide staffing/bussing/cleaning, you will need to hire a banquet service outside of our assistance. We have some great recommendations! But we are not the ones to scrape plates or take out the trash.
Add $3 per mile Outside San Diego County Limits (travel fee; includes not just the time we drive on the wedding day, but also for rehearsal and venue tour before the wedding.)
Add $100 if your wedding is on Monday-Friday.
