On your wedding day, your job is to get married. My job is to make that happen with as little stress as possible. Your experience for this package usually begins about 4-6 weeks before your wedding day. We will go through the timeline of the day and we will go over any last minute tasks you will be taking on. About 1 week before your wedding we will meet again, to go over the details of your decor. You will hand over everything that you have for me to set up for your event. With all the details given to me at this point, you will not have to worry about a thing during the last week of your engagement. You should, however, be enjoying that time with your family and friends who have traveled to share your special day. And you should definitely be squeezing in one more date night with your lovely. And on your wedding day, I will manage everything from vendors, to decor, to timeline, allowing you to focus on what is really important, Getting Married! Partial Wedding Planning
Need a little more than the end game? But you’ve already started your planning process? This package guides you in the right direction of vendors that are perfect for your wedding. It also assists with the planning of the details and decor, by helping you come up with a full design plan. Some added last minute perks, such as RSVP organization and seating chart assistance. It also includes everything that the Coordinator package has to offer.

Full Wedding Planning
If you need someone by your side, helping you through the process of putting together an amazing wedding, then this is the package you should look into. We’ll start with a detailed breakdown of your budget. Then, I’d love to assist you with finding and selecting the finest team of vendors that matches both your price point and your artistic vision. I can help you plan the details and decor that will personalize the day for you and your fiancé. Weddings should be about the couple, and more than just up-lights in your favorite color. When your guests walk into your event, I want them to feel the love that went into planning that moment for them. It is a special and very personal day, and it should be planned as such!

This package starts at $3000 and includes everything listed in the Coordinating Package as well.
A la Carte (add any of these extras, to make your planning experience just that much easier!)
Assistance with finding and choosing venue: $200
Budget guidance and tracking: +$150
Tracking payments due to other vendors: $75
Designing and Printing your Programs, Menus, Signs, and Place Cards: $100 plus cost of materials
Bridal emergency kit: $40
Assistance with finding, meeting, and booking vendors: $50 per vendor category or $250 for all. (photography, video, cake, catering, DJ, Photo booth, florist)
Chair moving service (from ceremony to reception space, at same venue location): $120
Individualized planning meetings (for coordination clients or someone who just needs some help along the way): $80 per meeting
Things that would increase your price
Add $50+ for Venues Outside San Diego County Limits (travel fee; the farther away, the more it will cost)
Add $200 for each additional Assistant needed (if venue is considered a site from scratch; if venue does not provide event staff; if Ceremony and Reception are in separate locations)
Add $150 for Large or Complicated Set Up (if guest list is presumed over 200 persons; if venue or caterer does not provide set up/bussing service)
If your caterer does not provide staffing/setting up/cleaning, you will need to hire a banquet service outside of our assistance. We have some great recommendations!
Add $100 if your wedding is on Monday-Thursday.
Looking for a Discount?
I offer a military discount if the Bride or Groom is active duty (Also, I am flexible if a deployment upsets the scheduling of the wedding date)
I offer a discount if the Bride or Groom is a teacher of children (K-12).
There are also other ways that we can knock off a few dollars here or there to fit within your budget. If you are concerned about costs, I am the perfect resource for you to have!
