Wedding Coordination Package
(also known as Wedding Management, Month of Coordination, or Day of Coordination)
Before the Wedding:
Initial meeting with client to gather information and give any planning advice needed
Give customized vendor recommendations specific to your budget and style
Open Email availability for specific planning questions you might have throughout your planning journey
Organizational meeting (approximately 4-6 weeks prior to event date) to create wedding day timeline, review vendor list, and go over any last minute planning details
Vendor contract review
Venue walk through meeting and create a to-scale layout of the venue spaces
Provide wedding itineraries to vendors and the wedding party
Final meeting (approximately 1 week prior to event) to go over design, set up, and to collect all décor items that my team will be in charge of setting up on the wedding day
Organize and conduct the rehearsal
On Your Wedding Day:
One Lead Coordinator onsite All Day and One Assistant Coordinator for up to 8 hours
Set up all décor and client provided items for ceremony and reception sites
Act as Liaison between clients and all vendors on the day of the event
Coordinate vendor arrival times, set up, and clean up
Keep the schedule of events running on time or as planned
Assist the couple and wedding party, giving guidance throughout the day on how and when to do things
Gather all keepsakes, left over décor/client provided items/and gifts and organize them into the correct family cars during load out
After the Wedding:
Provide a final checklist of post-wedding to-dos
Return any (small) items to vendors that the client needs to return post wedding
