Wedding Coordination 

If you have a handle on planning your own wedding, and you feel like you and a combination of Pinterest and Google have it on lock, this might be the best option for you!

Our specialized coordination package allows you to ask some questions along the way, just in case you need it!  When you’ll really start needing us isn’t until the end of the planning process, and that’s when we’ll get together to create your timeline, floor plan, and full itinerary for all your vendors and wedding party. We start this process about 6-8 weeks before the big day!

We’ll completely take over on the details about a week before, so that you can relax and enjoy all the work you put into planning the day of your dreams… now you’ll get to be fully present for every minute of it! Cause it’s kind of a big moment, that we feel you should be 100% focused on what really matters the closer you get to your wedding day, so you’ll let us worry about the little things, while you enjoy hosting family from out of town, party it up with your besties, let loose and have the best day of your life!

This package starts* at $2450.

Most weddings will fall into the price point listed above. If your venue is just a venue (meaning no banquet staff is provided) and you don’t plan on hiring a full service caterer that will remain onsite until the end of the event to clean up cake, drinks, etc… I will need to employ an additional assistant or two for the day. This cost would be reflected in your contract.

Though we will make sure that your vision comes to life, your event runs smoothly, and the venue is as spotless as can be at the end of the night, it is not a coordinators job to set 100+ place settings, fold napkins, cut/serve cake, bus tables, pick up beer bottles, take out trash.
